Biography

I bring over 20 years experience in high stakes transactions and litigation to the service of small and medium-sized businesses, non-profit corporations and individuals. I spent the first part of my career with top corporate law firms, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where I became a partner. My clients were corporations and investment banks -- such as Air France, Huaneng Power, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and HSBC -- who demanded that their attorneys walk through walls to win a case or close a deal. I aim to bring the same dedication, experience, aggressive and top-tier representation to individuals, small and medium-sizes businesses, and non-profit organizations in high stakes matters, at a cost significantly below the prohibitive rates charged by AmLaw 100 firms.
