Edgar I Hall

     My practice is focused exclusively in representing individuals and small to mid size businesses in resolving debt issues, protecting assets from creditors, and litigation involving the same.  My background is in creditor side litigation, representing large financial institutions in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.  This background, along with my consumer side experience, gives my practice a well rounded approach to debt resolution and resolving creditor issues.  Not every case is complicated but often there are complexities in what appears to be simple cases.  I give each case and client a thorough analysis for litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, and out of court options.     Prior to law school, I obtained my B.A. in Psychology and served in the U.S. Air Force (active and reserve) for nearly ten years during which I deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom in support of post 9/11 operations.  I currently live in beautiful Mill Creek, WA with my wife and two children.  During my free time I enjoy organic cooking, travelling, martial arts, reading, and rooting for the Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders.
