Biography

Attorney Edgar R. Nield concentrates his practice on medical malpractice cases, of which he has handled hundreds, many of which led to successful jury verdicts, in more than 25 years of professional practice. For this, Mr. Nield was admitted to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, or ABOTA.

In addition to his trial experience as lead counsel on medical cases, he has appeared in hundreds of mediation, settlement conferences, and arbitration matters in Riverside and San Diego County Superior Courts. His experience includes helping both plaintiffs and healthcare professionals and entities, gaining valuable experience from both sides of many medical matters. He is thus able to anticipate cases against our clients and has learned the value of trusting experts in the medical, nursing home, and hospital fields to help strengthen the position of our clients.

Hobbies

Mr. Nield enjoys of golf, running, watching baseball and football spending time with his family.
