Biography

Eduardo Grajales is a member of the International Trade practice and part of the litigation and arbitration group at Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office. He has experience providing consulting services in international trade and customs to companies across various industries, including the automotive and energy sectors, always seeking legal strategies to maximize the efficiency of their business operations while identifying potential risks and areas of opportunity.

In addition to his involvement in national and international arbitration proceedings, Eduardo defends companies against the tax and customs authorities in international trade matters before the Mexican courts.

Additionally, Eduardo has been directly involved in unfair international trade practices investigation proceedings, and he has experience advising on compliance with international trade agreements involving Mexico, as well as those related to the World Trade Organization.
