Biography

Edward A. Corma, resident in the firm’s Delaware office, concentrates his practice on representing debtors and creditors’ committees in some of the largest corporate bankruptcy proceedings in the nation. Ed was involved in the firm’s representation of Amyris, Sientra, and Yellow Corporation in their chapter 11 cases and the creditors’ committees in large chapter 11 cases such as Bed Bath & Beyond and Vice Media. Ed has also represented plan administrators, creditor trusts, and chapter 7 trustees. Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a JD, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School.
