Biography

Ed Treder is the Managing Partner of BDFTW and is located in the Diamond Bar, California location. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, cum laude, with a major in Business Management from California Polytechnic University in June 1981. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984.He is licensed with the State of California. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He practices law at the trial and appellate court levels in every state and federal court throughout California. Ed has worked in the mortgage industry since 1985 representing banks, mortgage servicers and trustees in mortgage related litigation and matters, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, workouts and receiverships.
