Mr. Owens has overcome much to become a good prosecutor. However, his desire to hold onto that job is greater, perhaps, than it should be. He is ethical, but he does not stretch.

Mr. Owens has overcome much to become a good prosecutor, however, perhaps, his desire to hold onto his position has caused him to maintain an all too safe stance on many things. He is a good and ethical man, but he does not stretch.
