Biography

Edward Ellersick is a highly experienced practitioner in the area of No Fault Insurance, where he commonly represents medical providers against insurance carriers through PIP arbitration. He has lectured for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education concerning insurance-related matters and his highly regarded in his practice. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Ed spent more than 20 years of his career in the No Fault Insurance space at law firms as well as 5 years as the managing attorney for GEICO’s PIP office. His experience varied prior to focusing on his No Fault Insurance practice, including general litigation, personal injury and landlord tenant matters. Outside of the office, Ed enjoys coaching little league baseball, and he and his family are very involved in school activities, sports, and Cub Scouts, and they are supporters of numerous local charities.
