Edward F. McGinty, Esq.

Mr. McGinty is a highly skilled litigator who has tried over 150 cases to conclusion. His practice focuses on professional negligence including medical and dental malpractice, long-term care, business litigation, environmental, and general liability matters. He is a natural tactician and strategist and always positions his clients in such a way that the best possible outcome can be achieved.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. McGinty served in the Special Forces in the US Navy. He graduated one of the toughest schools in the military and became a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and served during the Gulf War in Iraq. He was stationed in Japan and traveled all over the world. After being honorably discharged he put himself through college working while going to school full-time. He graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in finance. He then joined IBM where he became a Forensic Financial Analyst. Within 3 years he was managing over 30 analysts and helped some of IBM’s largest clients become more efficient and profitable. However, the boyhood dream of becoming a lawyer never left him. He made his dream into a reality; he sold his house, paid off his bills, quit his job, and went to law school. As an attorney, he has found that he has limitless energy and zeal when it comes to fighting for his client's rights.
