Biography

Edward Fadel has practiced law at both the trial and appellate court levels throughout the State of Ohio, as well as the Federal District Court in the Northern District of Ohio. He is an experienced trial attorney, having personally tried nearly a hundred jury cases to verdict. Prior to entering private practice, Ed enjoyed a distinguished career as a prosecuting attorney for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. As an Assistant County Prosecutor for over eight years, Ed prosecuted some of the highest profile and complex matters in the County.

After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Ed joined the law firm of Flannery Georgalis, LLC where for four years he handled both criminal and civil cases. While there, he led numerous internal corporate investigations as well as successfully defended individuals against complex State and Federal Public Corruption charges. He also defended numerous individuals in a variety of State Court charges.

Ed recently started his own practice where he focuses on criminal litigation. His affiliation with Fadel & Beyer is as Of Counsel.
