Biography

Edward H. Kyle III, is originally from the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in prelaw and theatre from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.

After working in professional theatre for 15 years, he attended St. John’s University School of Law, graduating in 2019. He was admitted to the bar in June of 2020, and is licensed to practice in the courts of New York as well as the Federal Southern District of New York. A prolific writer, his article regarding Thirteen Amendment standing was published by the University of Michigan Journal of Race and Law. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Association. Outside of practice, he is an avid promoter of the arts and entertainment in all mediums.
