Biography

Born and Raised in New York, with a background as a school psychologist and Special Education instructor, Mr. Golden has been practicing law since 1977. During the last 30 years as a Miami-Dade County probate lawyer, he has been focusing on the areas of probate, guardianship and trust litigation/administration. Mr. Golden wrote the guidelines for the Probate Court for Cuban Blocked Estates and has a license from the U.S Treasury Department to travel to Cuba to represent Cuban National Beneficiaries of Florida estates. As Chairman of the Internal Procedures Committee, Mr. Golden works closely with the four Miami-Dade County Probate Judges and with Probate and Guardianship attorneys and practitioners to enhance the operation of the probate Court. Mr. Golden has served as Chairman of the Dade County Probate & Guardianship Committee
Phi Kappa Phi. Iron Arrow Honor Society. Recipient, University of Miami Alumni Association "White" Award. Real Estate Salesman License, 1989. Instructor, Paralegal Program, Probate Law, University of Miami, 1989-1991.
