Biography

Edward L. Paul has been a licensed attorney working on behalf of clients for more than 30 years. Primarily serving clients in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties, Edward understands how the legal system works in South Jersey. Most of Edward’s clients are from Voorhees and the surrounding areas, including Atco, Berlin, Blackwood, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Lindenwold, Magnolia, Marlton, Medford, Moorestown, Mt. Laurel, Sicklerville, Somerdale, Williamstown, and Winslow. Edward brings a unique set of skills and experiences to every case and will fight for the best interests of each of his clients. When you need a seasoned attorney who understands bankruptcy, business law, real estate, commercial transactions, litigation, and minor criminal matters, Edward Paul can assist you with all your legal needs. EXTENSIVE LAW EXPERIENCE Edward Paul graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1989, and has been admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars, as well as to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and U.S. District Courts, and Bankruptcy Court for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was the Managing Attorney for Rutgers Bankruptcy, a pro bono project that provides Chapter 7 Bankruptcy representation to indigent clients in South Jersey, from 2004 to 2015. Edward Paul has experience as a mediator and served as an adjunct professor at Burlington County College. He also discussed consumer mortgage foreclosure on the TV program Legal Line. In addition, he currently serves on the Waterford Township Environmental Commission. QUALIFIED LITIGATOR AND BUSINESS ATTORNEY IN VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY Edward Paul handles cases in the areas of appeals, arbitration, bankruptcy, business law, and real estate transactions, as well as in commercial and civil litigation. He also has the experience to effectively resolve legal issues regarding debtor and creditor rights.
