Edward McElroy

Ed McElroy is a trial attorney with over 25 years of experience. He has successfully litigated complex personal injury matters and obtained multiple seven figure jury verdicts. His experience includes successfully representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels in State and Federal Court.

Known for his thorough preparation and zealous advocacy, Ed has recovered millions of dollars for his clients by way of trial verdicts and settlements. His practice focuses on fighting for the rights of injured people in medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability actions.

In addition to his civil practice, Ed provides zealous advocacy for people facing criminal charges and municipal court matters of consequence.

Ed graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in recognition of his scholarship. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, for the Honorable F. Michael Giles.
