Edward Spooner is an experienced real estate attorney, mortgage broker, and private investor. As an attorney since 2001, Edward provides legal advice on real estate and other business related transactions ranging from complex acquisitions and securitized lending transactions to corporate counseling, contracts and asset management. He also owns and operates La Jolla Funding Group, Inc., a private lending and joint venture investment company. Prior to law and real estate investing, Edward worked for twelve years as an electrical engineer and engineering Division Manager for an international engineering company. Edward brings a broad knowledge base of expertise to his work and is currently assisting the private lending industry and individual investors and borrowers with various equity investments, construction loans, landlord/tenant issues, asset management, contracts and corporate issues.
