Biography

Eitan J. Goldrosen was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Goldrosen graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Mr. Goldrosen then earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

After law school, Mr. Goldrosen worked for the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit. At the State Attorney’s Office, he prosecuted misdemeanor crimes and tried numerous cases to a jury verdict. Mr. Goldrosen then joined an insurance defense firm in Maitland, Florida, where he specialized in defending medical malpractice cases.

In March 2022, Mr. Goldrosen joined Morgan & Morgan to help the injured and those in need. He represented individuals injured in serious automobile and motorcycle accidents against powerful entities and insurance companies. Mr. Goldrosen joined Morgan & Morgan’s Product Safety Group in January 2023, where he focuses on helping people who suffer severe injuries caused by defective products. Mr. Goldrosen works on product liability, wrongful death, and toxic tort cases throughout Florida and in federal courts across the country.
