Ejim Achi is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Corporate Practice and its Private Equity Practice. In addition to serving on the firm’s Executive Committee, he also serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s New York Corporate Practice and as the Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters in a wide range of industries and sectors.
