Elad Daniel Botwin

Elad Botwin is a dedicated attorney who enjoys helping clients find practical solutions and reach outcomes they can feel good about. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, then completed Stetson University’s dual JD/MBA program in Gulfport, Florida, receiving both his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. by age 23. While in school, he interned in Washington, DC, which gave him valuable perspective on federal government operations and how laws are shaped and applied. Elad represents clients in civil litigation, business law, family law, immigration matters (he is registered with the EOIR immigration court system), contracts, and consumer law. His experience includes commercial and business disputes, intellectual property and trade secrets, condominium law, personal injury, and a variety of family law issues. Looking ahead, he plans to move more of his practice into transactional work as his career develops. Elad is also a published author, with a law review article titled “Deception Unknown: A Hard Look at Deceptive Trade Practices in the Video Game Industry.” A lifelong Tampa Bay resident from Oldsmar, he works hard to ensure clients feel listened to and respected throughout the process.
