Elaine Inos

Elaine Inos’ career in family law is rooted in a lifelong commitment to service. Growing up on Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands, she was surrounded by family members who worked in government and the courts, and that example stayed with her as she mapped out her own path. She ultimately made her home in Washington state, earning her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy at Seattle University and then a Master’s in Public Administration. Elaine went on to complete her JD at Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 1999 while balancing law school alongside graduate studies. Early in her career, she clerked for the CNMI Family Court, an experience that strengthened her interest in helping families through difficult legal issues. After returning to Washington and passing the bar in 2000, Elaine worked at a small North Seattle personal injury firm, advocating for clients dealing with challenging insurance claims. It didn’t take long, though, for her to realize family law was where she could make the biggest difference. For more than fifteen years, she has guided clients through divorces, parenting and support matters, relocation cases, and domestic violence concerns with empathy, patience, and clear direction. Away from the office, Elaine enjoys her family, two dogs, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
