Biography

Eli O'Brien is an associate attorney whose primary practice focuses on serious felony accusations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Brien was an attorney with the Sedgwick County Public Defender's Office, providing counsel and trial advocacy for indigent persons accused of felony crimes.

A graduate of Washburn University School of Law, O'Brien also holds a bachelor's degree in history from Emporia State University. He is a member of the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers of America every year from 2022 - present. He was named to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars from 2021 - 2024.
