Eli has broad experience in global compliance, including FATCA and CRS. In addition, Eli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Eli has been practicing law since 2009, when he graduated cum laude for his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, having previously obtained a B.S., summa cum laude from Yeshiva University (with a major in Accounting). Prior to joining Loeb, Block & Partners LLP, Eli was a senior attorney at the IRS’s Office of Chief Counsel.
