Biography

Attorney Elisabeth K. Ruff has dedicated her career to helping people, a goal she is proud to fulfill at Adler Giersch, P.S. Joining the firm in the spring of 2022, Elisabeth brought with her five years of invaluable experience from the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office, where she advocated for victims of serious and violent crimes. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, she managed cases from initial charging through to post-conviction, completing over 30 jury trials. Her work underscored the importance of giving a strong voice to those seeking justice, a principle she now extends to civil law, ensuring clients at Adler Giersch receive both compensation and respect. With a compassionate approach to each case, Elisabeth focuses on alleviating clients' stress by handling insurance companies, allowing them to concentrate on healing. Committed to outstanding service, she keeps clients informed at every stage of the process. Beyond her legal work, Elisabeth contributes to the community as a member of the American Association for Justice and the Washington State Association for Justice, while supporting Brain Northwest, an advocacy organization for survivors of traumatic brain injury. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy working on their off-grid cabin, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and cheering for the Seattle Sounders.
