Elise Visco previously practiced in Toronto, Canada where she largely worked on high net worth matrimonial matters at all levels of court in the Province of Ontario, Canada, including successfully arguing as first chair before the Ontario Court of Appeal (the highest court in Ontario).

Ms. Visco received a B.Sc., with distinction, from the University of Guelph and her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Ms. Visco volunteered with the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project and completed the Osgoode Mediation Intensive specializing in family law.

Ms. Visco is admitted to practice in New York and Ontario, Canada. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for FamilyKind and is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association. She lives in Manhattan with her husband.
