Eliza Epstein is a passionate and skilled attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where she focuses on personal injury law with a strong commitment to client advocacy. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Eliza pursued her legal education with the goal of using the law to empower individuals and communities. While in law school, she gained hands-on experience through various roles, including as an intern at the Temple Legal Aid Community Lawyering Clinic, where she represented clients in administrative hearings involving public benefits such as SSD and SSDI. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, representing clients in court during felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk at a Philadelphia plaintiffs personal injury firm, focusing on product liability and medical malpractice cases.

Eliza’s academic excellence was recognized upon graduation when she received the Julian Eule Scholarship Award in 2024, an honor given to the graduating student who, in the opinion of the faculty, wrote the best paper in the area of federal or state constitutional or procedural law. With a background in psychology, Eliza brings a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to her practice, ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. Her ability to blend rigorous legal research with real-world application sets her apart as both a thoughtful and effective advocate.

Following law school, Eliza served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Ziegler at the Gloucester County Superior Court in New Jersey. Today, Eliza brings her well-rounded background and unwavering dedication to the clients she represents, helping them navigate the legal process with both clarity and compassion.
