Biography

Attorney Beth Richards is an experienced attorney and an associate at The Spence Law Firm. She grew up in several different states across the Midwest before earning her Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. After graduation, Beth moved out to the Tetons to explore the mountains, then moved to northern Minnesota for a year of flying lessons and running dog sleds. She returned to the Tetons where she attended law school and obtained her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law.After law school, Beth clerked in Boise for two different courts—”the Idaho Supreme Court for one year and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for one year—”before securing a position at a small, nonprofit, environmental law firm in Boise. Ultimately, Beth moved back home to the Tetons where she joined The Spence Law Firm as an associate. She enjoys helping Wyoming residents and clients across the country seek the justice they deserve after being harmed by another's negligence.
