Biography

Since joining the Burdge Law Office in 2004, Elizabeth “Beth” Wells has become a cornerstone of the firm’s consumer protection practice in Dayton, Ohio. As a partner, she focuses her energy on holding manufacturers accountable through Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims. Whether a client is struggling with a faulty car, motorcycle, ATV, or RV, Beth provides the seasoned representation they need to resolve auto fraud disputes. Her advocacy for consumers across Ohio and Kentucky is extensive, spanning mediations, arbitrations, and complex jury trials before the Ohio Court of Appeals. This dedication to her craft earned her the "Rising Star" distinction from Super Lawyers Magazine for three consecutive years. This honor is reserved for only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state, determined by rigorous peer reviews and independent research. When she isn’t litigating in the courtroom, Beth’s competitive drive carries over to the pavement as a member of the Runner Plus Elite racing team. Above all, she finds her greatest balance and joy in Dayton by spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters.
