Elizabeth Borsavage

Elizabeth Borsavage is an experienced and ambitious attorney with a strong focus on civil litigation in various areas of law. Her primary focus is civil defense litigation involving transportation-oriented and personal injury cases, as well as representing private individuals related to construction and real property disputes. Ms. Borsavage also has extensive experience in Juvenile law, representing children in families in dependency and neglect proceedings. Prior to joining the practice of law, Ms. Borsavage worked as an insurance professional defending claims in litigation and complex losses involving bodily injury and property damage presented to trucking motor carriers, owner operator trucking companies and drivers, as well as first and third-party claims presented to commercial entities in various facets of the Cannabis industry throughout the United States.
