Elizabeth C. McNulty

Open for Business
Elizabeth C. McNulty: Attorney with Simon Law PC

Biography

As far back as Elizabeth can remember, she has always wanted to be a lawyer. Her passion for the art of argument began during her childhood when she discovered how much she enjoyed arguing with her older brother. Her mother told them they should open law firms across the street from one another and only take cases against each other. Both did become lawyers, but practice in different cities.

For Elizabeth, the passion she has for winning arguments has turned into a relentless drive and desire to help others right the wrongs they have experienced. She treasures becoming a trusted advocate for her clients.

She’s been recognized as an Up & Coming Attorney by Missouri Lawyers Media, a Best Lawyers Ones to Watch and also is a former President of the Women’s Lawyers Association of Greater St. Louis (2023-2024).

She began her legal career clerking for Simon Law while attending Washington University School of Law, which gave her invaluable experience dealing with defective product, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases early on alongside some of the best lawyers in the business.
