Elizabeth “Liz” German leads Robinson & Henry’s Probate and Elder Law Team, bringing formidable litigation experience in both federal and state courts to every case. Known for blending compassion with pragmatism, she advises clients on probate disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law matters, long-term care planning, and Medicaid pre-planning. Early in her career, Liz helped individuals resolve debt by defending bankruptcy clients in adversary proceedings, foreclosure actions, and FDCPA claims. Among her representative achievements, she discharged a substantial SBA loan through a complex Chapter 7 filing, persuaded the court to modify a Chapter 13 plan following an unexpected job loss, successfully blocked a family member’s bid for a conservatorship, and secured a decree of discharge in a contentious probate battle.
