Elizabeth K. Daniel

When people need an advocate who genuinely cares about them and their future, they call Attorney Elizabeth Daniel. Her work in wrongful death and personal injury cases has allowed her to make a profound impact on the lives of her clients. She first fell in love with the law as a girl, watching her father serve the community in big and small ways. She would watch him help people write wills, answer questions, and handle other various legal services simply because he could.

Personal Life & Early Career

Elizabeth grew up in New Orleans but moved to Mississippi to get an English degree. She then went to the University of Memphis for her law degree. She joined her husband at the Daniel Law Firm in 1995 where she continues to represent people in personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation cases.

In her spare time, Elizabeth created an annual charitable event created to send Memphis kids to summer camp. In just 8 years, she sent 1,200 kids to camp through the City of Memphis Park Services. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their three children. She also enjoys visiting her extended family and playing tennis.
