Biography

Elizabeth Stiritz, a 1987 graduate of Boston College, earned her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 1991, where she received the distinguished American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Trial Practice. With over three decades of experience in family law and civil trial work, Elizabeth has represented thousands of clients across Massachusetts. She began her legal career at two respected Boston litigation firms before establishing her own practice in 1995, focusing on family law and civil litigation. In 2016, she relocated her office to Boston to serve clients throughout the greater Boston area and the South Shore, later opening a second location in Marina Bay, Quincy, in 2024. Admitted to practice in both Massachusetts state and federal courts, Elizabeth is also a certified divorce mediator. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
