Biography

With over 25 years of experience large scale, high stakes litigation, Elizabeth’s practice has focused on complex litigation, including numerous multidistrict matters and putative class actions on behalf of domestic and foreign clients. Much of her work has involved the intersection between the law and medicine, science or technology in malpractice, product liability and trade secret cases. Elizabeth also has extensive experience litigating employment matters, insurance coverage disputes and commercial contract lawsuits.
