Elizabeth Thompson has more than 20 years’ experience in civil litigation, ranging from complex real property, land use and zoning to construction litigation. Elizabeth also handles contractual disputes, Will contests, partnership disputes, commercial lease issues, administrative hearings and HOA litigation. She is also experienced in handling cases at the appellate court level.
Elizabeth is licensed in North Carolina, Washington and Hawaii. She practices in state and federal court and has prevailed in numerous jury trials and bench trials in multiple jurisdictions. Elizabeth is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the Hawaii State Bar Association and is a member of the Fife Milton Edgewood Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. Elizabeth is often a featured presenter at seminars and community events. Elizabeth is AV-rated under Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating process.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawaii.
