Biography

Elizabeth Tighe focuses her practice on construction litigation, labor law, personal injury, and premises liability.

Elizabeth manages cases from their inception and through the litigation process, critically assessing liability to ensure the best results for her clients.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Elizabeth gained experience in insurance defense as an intern for State Farm Insurance Company, where she drafted summary judgment motions in personal injury matters.

In law school, Elizabeth participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic and was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.

Elizabeth believes that learning the intricacies of her clients’ business contributes to the favorable results she has obtained on her cases and her solid working relationship with her clients.

Apart from her legal career, Elizabeth enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, as well as spending time with her family.
