Biography

Elle V. Bailey is a dedicated Medical Malpractice attorney based in our Orlando office, where she combines her academic excellence, international background, and passion for justice to advocate for victims of medical negligence.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Elle relocated to Central Florida with her family, bringing a global perspective that enhanced her approach to the law. She earned her magna cum laude Honors Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University, where she also completed a minor in Communications and a specialized certification in Emergency Management and Homeland Security-highlighting her ability to excel in dynamic and complex fields.

Elle's academic accomplishments were recognized with a scholarship to Florida A&M College of Law in Downtown Orlando, where she received multiple accolades, including graduating at the top of her class, earning three highest-grade awards, and receiving the prestigious Women's Executive Council Scholarship.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan’s Medical Malpractice and Birth Injury Department, Elle gained invaluable legal experience clerking in-house for a national title insurance company and working at a boutique plaintiff’s firm focused on first-party property claims. Her transition into medical malpractice was driven by both personal and professional experiences, fueling her desire to hold healthcare providers accountable and secure justice for her clients.

With an unwavering focus on client advocacy, Elle approaches every case with a deep sense of empathy, dedication, and the strategic insight needed to navigate one of the most complex areas of law. She is committed to helping victims and their families find the support and resolution they deserve.
