Ellen de Jong-van den Bogaard has more than 15 years of experience and focuses on European and Dutch public procurement law, commercial contracting, and technology. She also litigates in these areas. Before joining Greenberg Traurig Ellen worked for more than 10 years at the Ministry of Justice and Security. As a result she also advises the government and private clients on public-private law issues and her clients benefit from her knowledge of the government’s approach of certain topics.
