In the thirty five (35) years that I've practiced, I have not found a less capable or trustworthy adversary. It is virtually impossible to litigate with Ms. Nicholson in the regular course of business -- it is dangerous to speak with her (since she mischaracterizes virtually every conversation) and she sees "conspiracies" within every combination of relationships. Every lawsuit with her ends up costing 10 times what it should and taking much much longer than it should. She is just just aweful Read less
