Ellen S. Levy

Ellen Levy is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Ellen ("Ellie") is known for her ability to effectively address catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters arising from medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, transportation, motor vehicle accidents, SIU insurance fraud defense, premise liability, product defect and/or DRAM shop actions. Additionally, she has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, architects, healthcare, and other licensed professionals. Prior to joining Resnick and Louis, Ellie was a shareholder for 12 years for another prestigious litigation firm where she managed similar work in addition to her work with complex business and dissolution matters. She was also managing attorney to a global insurance company where she increased the overall production of her office within the very first year while simultaneously handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury trials throughout the state of Arizona as well as in-house SIU claims. Ellen is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
