Founding Attorney Ellen Sprovach is BOARD CERTIFIED in Employment and Labor Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction she has held since 2004. With a practice dedicated exclusively to employment law for over two decades, Ellen represents Texas and federal employees in a wide range of workplace matters, including removal and suspension actions, discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation, FERS disability appeals, and reasonable accommodation disputes. She is skilled in navigating both state and federal legal frameworks, appearing before courts, administrative agencies, arbitrators, and appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Ellen is recognized for her zealous advocacy, having successfully represented hundreds of employees facing complex workplace disputes. Before establishing her firm, she served as Managing Attorney and Partner elsewhere. Ellen is a published member of Law Review and was active in Moot Court during law school.
