Biography

Elliott Goldberg is a seasoned, general practitioner, with an emphasis on business matters and complex civil litigation. He has a broad range of experience in both the public and private sectors. His legal experience includes extensive travel (including international) and appearances in numerous federal, state, appellate and administrative courts and agencies. He divides his professional time between the Pennsylvania and Florida offices. He is a former Assistant District Attorney (Chester County, PA), Special Prosecutor (Wayne County, PA), School District Solicitor (PA) and counsel to numerous Civil Service, Coroner and other Administrative Boards and public officials. He has also been In-House Corporate General Counsel for a Real Estate Developer and Contractor (PA) and Yacht Manufacturer and Marina Realtor (FL). He currently serves as counsel to numerous individuals, condominium associations and business entities in the construction, travel and tour services, manufacturing, sales and technology industries.
