Biography

Elliott K. Califf represents public and private institutions, national lenders, and real estate investment funds in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, debt and equity financings, real estate development and joint venture formations.

Elliott draws from both a business and legal background to provide clients a real-world approach to the practice of law. Prior to pursuing a legal career, he worked as an associate for a commercial real estate asset management firm managing a $1.2 billion real estate private equity fund on behalf of an international investment bank. In this role Elliott gained experience in real estate finance, loan workouts, property development and management.
