Biography

Elliott has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, resolving hundreds of cases through informal settlement negotiations and mediation, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Stone & Sallus, he worked at a boutique litigation firm where he focused on trusts and estate litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, Elliott has served as deputy counsel for several municipalities in the Central Valley, a professional fiduciary, and also a federal prosecutor.

A California native, Elliott received his bachelor’s degree from California State University in Fresno. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Advocate. Elliott is licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Courts in the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts.

Elliott spends his free time with his wife and daughter traveling, cooking, and finding hidden spots around LA to explore.
