Biography

Elyse S. Schindel has nearly fifteen years of litigation experience, including extensive experience defending insurance companies and their insureds, specializing in general liability and professional liability in New York and New Jersey.

Elyse is an accomplished litigator defending professional clientele, including lawyers, appraisers, and real estate professionals. Elyse also has experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in general liability matters, employment matters, construction matters, and class action litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Elyse believes that any litigation requires a comprehensive and collaborative approach with clients, forming an open line of communication in order to defend matters more efficiently and towards its best resolution

When not practicing law, Elyse is involved in local community activities, including volunteering in the London Fischer Habitat for Humanity, Women Build Project, and volunteering with local food banks. Elyse also loves traveling and enjoying the arts, in theatre, museums and the ballet.
