Biography

Emanuele is a Finance Associate with deep experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of complex finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, private credit and direct lending, asset-based lending, and bridge finance.

He focuses on highly bespoke and structured financing arrangements and is adept at navigating sophisticated cross-border transactions.

Emanuele is also assisting clients in the U.S. capital market and High Yield sector particularly in debt capital markets transactions governed by New York law. He has advised a diverse portfolio of international clients across multiple industries and asset classes, providing strategic guidance underpinned by technical and regulatory experience.
