Biography

Emil W. Kantra II is a shareholder and Chair of the Firm’s Family Law Group. His practice includes family law, divorce, custody, support, prenuptial agreements, and co-habitation agreements. In addition, he is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development Group, concentrating on obtaining and defending municipal and outside agency approvals such as DEP and PennDOT, Real Estate Assessment Appeals, Eminent Domain, and real estate litigation, including partition actions and easement-related litigation.
