Biography

Emiley Pagrabs is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. She has experience across a variety of matters including white collar defense, internal investigations, trademark infringement, contract disputes, cross-border commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and breaches of fiduciary duties. In connection with these matters, she regularly drafts dispositive motions and represents clients at hearings and depositions.

Emiley has experience litigating criminal and civil matters at both the federal and state levels and handles a range of matters from the pleading stage through trial. Emiley also has represented clients in connection with investigations by all manner of government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and Health and Human Services (HHS).

Experience: Representative Matters: Assisted with a putative class action brought against a well-known airline in connection with allegations of hidden fees. Achieved a full dismissal of breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims which was upheld by the Sixth Circuit.; Represented the plaintiff, a technology manufacturer, in connection with a trademark infringement suit against a defendant selling counterfeit items containing the plaintiff's trademark.
