Emily handles cases involving hearings on child support modification, relocation, and permanent orders. She advocates for families impacted by addiction and mental illness.

Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Emily maintained a high settlement rate in cases involving permanent orders, child support, and parenting time issues.

• Home equity and alimony win - Successfully secured an inequitable division of home equity for client, and successfully argued that opposing party could meet their own needs, resulting in no maintenance owed by client

• Out-of-state parenting plan - Successfully argued for client’s out-of-state parenting plan and convinced court to impute the opposing party’s income

• Defended against under-employment claim - Successfully defended the client against an under-employment claim by citing mental health issues and blocked retroactive child support modifications
