Emily Elizabeth Barry is an Associate with the firm's Tampa office. Ms. Barry's practice areas include catastrophic and personal injury, general civil litigation, fraud litigation, professional and legal malpractice, premises liability, and SIU insurance fraud.

Ms. Barry earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where she earned numerous honors, including graduating cum laude and being a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. During law school, Ms. Barry interned in the District Court of Massachusetts under Judge Patten and worked for private firms handling medical malpractice and personal injury. Ms. Barry earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Suffolk University, graduating magna cum laude. During her undergraduate education, Ms. Barry interned for a private firm handling international and business law.
