Emily Elizabeth Gold

Emily has been practicing criminal and traffic defense and family law in the Fredericksburg region since 2004. After growing up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Emily attended University of Virginia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then attended George Mason University School of Law. Emily focuses on matters of criminal and traffic defense, as well as family law, including divorce and child issues such as custody and visitation. She endeavors to work as hard as possible and advocating for each client. Emily is also very dedicated to working as a Guardian ad litem, and was named Guardian ad litem of the Year by the Rappahannock Area Court Appointed Special Advocates in 2007. When not working, Emily enjoys taking trips to near and far places, and being a beach girl at heart, spending as much time at a beach as possible. In the winter Emily enjoys skiing, which is the only time she enjoys being around snow.
