Biography

Emily Tramont is a senior associate at WSHB's Miami, Florida office. Her practice covers a wide range of complex civil liability matters, including negligent security, negligent hiring, and wrongful death cases. Emily also has experience in premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and railroad litigation.

She graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Law School and holds an undergraduate degree in Art History, with a minor in Economics, from Wellesley College. As an undergraduate, Emily served as co-president of the debate team and was a member of both the tennis and track teams.

Emily is admitted to practice law in Florida and Illinois and is proficient in Spanish.
